Completion

I AM REALLY PROUD TO SAY AFTER 2-3 YEARS IN THE MAKING, THIEF SQUAD EPISODE 4 HAS FINALLY BEEN COMPLETED.

 

I am jotting down ideas for further animations. :P

The Audio Naration

Today i have developed around 3 minutes of the audio background for the final sequence of the thief squad. I will continue to work on this over the next few days. I must say that I believe the ending is going to be epic although you would not expect this kind of ending.

In relative terms, the movie has a startup plot, builds up to a pinacle point, changes and twists, builds up again.. tricks you.. then changes again! AND BUILDS UP TO THE FINAL PINACLE POINT. So don't expect this movie to follow the trend its predecessors, because you are in for a real treat.

The final sequence will have hundreds and hundreds of frames, i really have my work cut out for me. The aim is to have lots of things going on at once, lots of movement and action, excitement and perfection.

Boom.

Getting There!

Today i have basically broken my record for time spent in one day on an animation. I have now completed a total of 8 minutes over the last 2 days, hundreds of frames have been developed and implemented. A large part of the movie is now complete, I am prepping my notes for the final sequence and will begin work on the audio tomorrow. At this rate the movie will be complete in a short time. I hope everyone enjoys it. Quote "Thats the last time you genetically modify my nipples!"

The thief squad is coming on remarkably well. Within the past week, over 15 minutes of audio has been created, and I have also just finished 3 more scenes totalling about 5 minutes of animation. The project is coming together lovely, the storyline rocks and I hope that everyone will like it. I started this project over a year and a half ago, and now I have the time to work on it, and my writers block has vanished. The idea's keep flowing and I would like the possible end of the TQ series to be on a high note.

First Blog

Hello guys, im going to keep a regular update on how the latest developments are going. Currently i am still creating thief squad episode 4. I would say im at about 60 percent complete of the overall project as of this moment. Today i have edited some of the backing sounds that i have created for the Mark Baggott and Aaron Tiso Scene during the robbery part of the movie. It took a lot of work to redesign an old scene from a previous spinoff into a current scene in the new movie.

The scene currently contains 73 frames and will need another 20 or so to complete it. Afterwards i have a lot of work ahead of me to design the most complex multiscene backing track that i have ever done and also continue the animation process for this scene and the main scene of the movie.

Its all good fun, ill try to keep this blog updated so you guys know where abouts i am in development.

It may also be worthwile mentioning here that i have noted down some ideas for Sean The World Adventurer 7.0 Volume 2 to follow on from the professor Dalseverger chase at the end of volume 1.
